		<description>Look at you go man.  You will be converted over to the BI space in no time.  In regards to the relationships you might have missed it, but in your Gemini Task Pane you will see a Warning symbol along with the message Relationships Needed.  You can actually click on the Create button and PowerPivot will use an algorithm to try and build these for you based on the data elements.  Otherwise as you stated you can go ahead and create these manually if the source system does not have them defined initially.
